Cleaning Rates Mosman: What You Pay and What It Includes

Hourly rates only mean something when you know what sits inside them. For businesses in Mosman 2088, Pro Clean Corp publishes three simple rate bands — standard contract, premium compliance and one-off — and lists the inclusions for each, so a boutique on Military Road can compare our quote against any other on equal terms. All rates include products, equipment, police-checked staff and $20M public liability insurance.

Standard contract rate — $30 to $38 per hour

For offices, retail, studios and strata common areas on a regular schedule:

Premium compliance rate — $38 to $45 per hour

For medical, dental, childcare and food premises where hygiene is regulated:

One-off rate — $40 to $50 per hour

For deep cleans, end of lease, post-fitout and catch-up cleans:

For monthly budget figures by business type, use the Mosman cost guide. Service detail lives on office cleaning, retail cleaning, medical cleaning, gym cleaning, childcare cleaning and cafe and restaurant cleaning. The same rates apply across neighbouring Cremorne and Neutral Bay, and common questions are answered on the FAQ hub.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the standard contract rate?

The $30 to $38 per hour standard band covers routine presentation cleaning: floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, bins, internal glass at reach height, and high-touch sanitising — plus all products, equipment and liners. Police-checked staff and $20M public liability cover are included at every rate.

When does the premium rate apply?

The $38 to $45 per hour premium band applies to compliance-led sites — medical, dental, childcare and food premises — where scopes add TGA-approved hospital-grade disinfection at documented dwell times, colour-coded equipment, extra records and specialised training.

Why are one-off cleans charged at $40 to $50 per hour?

One-off jobs carry the full cost of travel, setup and unfamiliar-site time in a single visit, and usually involve heavier work — deep cleans, end of lease, post-builder dust. Regular contract clients effectively share those overheads across the month.

What counts as an extra?

Carpet extraction, hard floor strip and seal, pressure cleaning, high-access or external glass, and consumable supply (paper, soap) are quoted as itemised extras — never buried in the hourly rate, never a surprise on the invoice.

Do rates change after we sign?

Rates are reviewed once a year with 30 days written notice, and because agreements are month-to-month you are never trapped into an increase you have not accepted.
